By emailing your MP you can make a real difference. You can make your MP aware that the majority of heart patients still do not receive cardiac rehabilitation despite it being a life saving treatment.

Through the email you can encourage your MP to find out what your local Trust's plans are for cardiac rehabilitation.

Cardiac rehabilitation must be fully recognised as being central to the treatment and care of heart patients.
